 I agree @Andrew Vincent. I think patience like you mentioned is something that unfortunately doesnt get talked about enough and is a huge factor in finding the right deal. I've usually seen people too impatient or too patient(analysis paralysis).

What is your best method, tool, resource for finding deals in todays climate? One of the biggest challenges I hear today from investors is finding deals (the right deals), what are you doing to overcome this hurdle?

@Chris Baxter we currently do no have a Canada location option for our location tagging but are working to get it prioritized. more on this soon.

@Jacob Rosenkranz we've since removed the app to work on things until we are able to deliver a better user experience. it is something we plan to move back towards in the future.
