@Mike D'Arrigo thank you so much! I kind of figured out that might have been a mistake.

Hello BP,

I am finally taking actionable steps to find a wholesale deal in Denver. However, I did quit my job to persue real estate full time and I'm really finding it to be quite hard to locate a deal In Denver. which leads me to my question, would it be ideal to persue real estate part time while employed?

Losing motivation in need of some real advice!

Thanks,

Chantelle

Hello Everyone!! I'm fairly new to this game of real estate and I'm having trouble staying motivated. I really want to try wholesaling for a bit then pursue other faucets of real estate, but I'm too terrified to make a mistake. What can I go to shake these jitters and gain momentum??? Any advise helps Chantelle

Hi everyone!!

My name is Nsikan(N-See-Ken) or Chantelle whichever is easier for you. I am really excited to explore the real estate industry as a wholesaler. Previously, I was working as a loan processor and enjoyed learning new things within the mortgage industry. I would like to invest more of my time and energy into real estate in order to expand my skills and portfolio. I really want to utilize this site and peers experience to fulfill my success.

Best wishes,

Nsikan
