Hello everyone!

My name is Jack. I'm from New York - but I'm traveling around the world! I'm currently living in England on a student visa.

I'm interested in Wholesaling to start with. Any advice is welcomed. And if you have any experience in REI in the UK, or you know someone who has, please let me know.

Otherwise - just say hi! Maybe we can do some deals when I'm back in the states.

Way to go Ryan! I like the idea of flipping/wholesaling for chucks of cash to use as down payments for cashflowing properties.

Hello- I'm currently in England on a student visa. I'm a 32 yr old American. Has anyone on BP been able to invest internationally? If so what steps did you take? What where your acquisition and exit strategies? My goal is £2,000/month. My overhead is almost nothing. I've never done real estate investing before and my bank account usually has a sad emoticon showing me to make more money. :-) So I don't have more than a few hundred dollars to get started. Thanks!
