Hey all! 

Our team is exploring more areas in the Charlotte area to source deals and want to know what are some zip codes, neighborhoods and areas you’re specifically focusing on. Are there any areas you feel are best for flips, buy-n-holds, and STRs? We are also open to land as well. 

We are looking anywhere around a 30 mile radius from downtown Charlotte but happy to hear if there are other areas you’re looking at outside of there!
