One two bedroom unit rents for 935, its a tri plex we just havent got the other units done yet. Our purchase price was 30K!

Thanks James! The army stationed me out here from CA but I love it out here in TN and would never move back! Also where else can you buy real estate for so cheap!

I have thought about this too, cause I am horse person myself. But horses tear down fences and horse people are crazy wierd about thier "babies", could be high maintenance people. But I think when you got some people they would stay for ever cause where are they going to move to with horses!

Hello, I am a newer landlord with much to learn. Have a few single family homes and wanting to grow:) We rehab historical places and then rent and hold. We have never sold one but may someday. I work a goverment job and retire in 12 years and want rentals to bring in more income.
I love reading everyones posts.
