We'll see more buyers. I know downtown JC  has high rises coming up every second. I see all that trickling down towards the Greenville area where there are properties for the taking. I also see it cleaning up little at a time. If you compare the prices here too NY.... it's a no brainier that we'll see more people purchasing. I know you have seen it in Hoboken.

Was wondering if tapping into my IRA would be a bad thing for real estate. Do I have to roll over to my 401k and borrow? Am I allowed to do it with a traditional IRA.? Any input would help. thanks.
