Hi Ryan - what do you mean by "country water?"  To me that sounds like a well.  I've always live in the country and always had a well, just never referred to it that way.

Is it the Rube Goldberg Geo thermal system that is screaming loud?  Maybe the belt?  Maybe it should be disabled and disclosed to potential buyers?

No doubt about that!  I used to live in Warren as a kid, at the time I remember they were building 3 bedroom brick ranches like crazy,  if I recall 10 mile east of the horse track area.  Don't think the race track is there anymore.

Thanks Dave,  had to google maps Cebu...never heard of it.  Looks like a major city, hope the investing opportunities are good there!

 Nice!  I like the splashes of color.  I just ordered night stands online similar to the ones's you have in the bedroom - $29.00 ea.   We have a smallish bedroom as well. 

Kitchen & bath's sell!  That is the bottom line!  Make it a bit better than the competition & sell it fast!

Welcome Steve, sounds like you have a lot going on which makes it difficult to tackle a response to.  I will say if the cleaning business is making a little money wouldn't it be better to focus on that.  Maybe do the cleaning yourself & not deal with employees?  Or get subcontract or casual help that you 1099 at the end of the year.  

I've heard uber is tough to make any $$ after you consider depreciation on your vehicle.  Plus unless your a night owl the hours suck.   Where are you living now that your considering buying RE?  If you need a residence seems like a duplex, triplex or quad might make sense.
