If you buy a home in Fulton county and you want to add a room to the house and tax records how can I go about doing that permits wise and such. It has a lofty time room upstairs which I can close out and make my comps much higher please respond quick as possible!

Can't seem to catch any luck in the past couple months in residential market. Looking to connect with some door knockers or people with off market deals in metro Atlanta. No b.s deals either like adding sq footage or extra room straight up equity and make a little cash for finding me the deal thanks

Well I've flipped and listed my own properties and the last 3 have sold in less than two months. I guess that's good! Mostly auctioned foreclosures shoot me a message! We can work out a listing % deal if you want a investor friendly agent I wont rob you of 3% of your profit margins

I rarely get on here anymore due to the fact I stopped wholesaling and I began flipping with my own capital. I'm also an agent and I have a team of contractors. Shoot me a message if that fits your criteria.

My journey began with me placing bids at auctions and driving properties for my older cousins. I became licensed and began to work for a large real estate investment firm in the Atlanta area. I joined BP to increase my knowledge on real estate.
