@Kyle Ebersole would you be able to share your Trello template so I can get an idea of how to construct mine please?

Thank you much appreciated!

So I drive my car for making trips back and forth on the properties and running errands. I am using mileIQ to track my mileage for business. My question is if I need to keep my receipts also that I put gas if I am using MileIQ? Has anyone used this for their taxes?

How should I file my EIN for a typical fix-and-flip company. I have already registered with my state in GA. It will be me and my dad running this company as the owners. I need advice on how to structure this business with IRS for maximum tax benefits?

So if its just a cosmetic work, no major or structural work will be done on a property, what kind of insurance will you need? And what exactly do we need to tell insurance so they are not spooked and give me high premiums?

Hi all,

Just got my first house to flip. I am wondering what kind of insurance and from where should I get for this property? There won't be any structural work involved in this flip. Please suggest. Thank you!
