It’s a cash out refinance with 3 acres. It’s accessible by roads. It’s residential zoned with a year lease currently in place

Hello Everyone. I have been trying to refinance a rural property for a month now. The original lender changed guidelines to where they no longer refinance Rural Properties. Anyone know of a Lender who is currently offering refinancing of rural properties?
