Hi congratulations on your start a lot of feelings and anxiety takes place as you try to learn and also make your first deal happen fast; my advice don’t take all the info on the web as helpful and you don’t have to pay for someone online class; my advice, talk to someone who wholesales in your area someone that wouldn’t mind teaching you the ropes ask around sometimes they are groups that are used in your city for other wholesalers as well.. well my inbox is always open for questions ! I wish you luck on your start !

For the people who get discouraged and feels like wholesaling is “a lot” the only main thing is knowing how to talk to people.. everything else will work out for itself and don’t believe everything you are taught about wholesaling even from people of the internet; meet with someone who wholesales in your city if you find someone willing to do it its a price you can never pay back to them.. all I’m saying.., don’t stop when they it’s “hard” they could really just be trying to stop the next best you. Which has possibility to be better then them; where there is competition, there is also threat.

Hi, my name is noesha and i am new to wholesaling I have not figured it all out yet. But if someone could assist me understanding the need of an attorney and title company- like are both needed? and how does the charges work with double closing having to put the house in your name then sell it to the buyer- you need actual all the funds for the home? thanks !
