I am newly licensed in Oviedo, FL (Just outside of Orlando). The purpose of getting my license was so that in 2 years I could then get my brokerage license and potentially manage rentals. In the mean time, I would like to have access to MLS and be able to advertise wholesale houses legally.

Are there brokerages that are better for this than others?  I prefer to work from my home office and am not looking for leads.  

I've found a couple options, but they sound like MLMs.  I'm not really looking to join a company that feels like "family" or has me "sponsoring" people, if you get what I mean. :)

Hello! I've had rentals in the past, but they've always just been my precious residence. Now becoming intentional about investing. Learning more every day. So far I've learned that the types of investing I'm most interested in are wholesaling and buy and hold. Would love to get to know you if you're in Northwest Oregon or Southwest Washington. 😃
