Hey everyone, my name is Noel Cordero and I am new to Jacksonville. I am an investor with minimal experience in real estate investing. I made the move from Kansas and have only flipped one property that I now have operating as a short-term rental on Airbnb/VRBO. I am pretty excited about the Jacksonville market due to its potential and increasing number of investors in the area.

Right now I work with a large wholesaling company that operates as a marketplace for buyers/sellers nation wide. I am really hoping to expand my network and learn from more experienced investors. Does anyone have tips on the best way to do this?
