Thank you for all the insightful feedback on the real wealth network. I have recently attended one of their bus tours, and I did get the impression that she is the middle person passing you along to the turn-key property managers. I will continue to do my due diligence and research to see if I am going to go with her suggested companies or continue to go at it on my own. Once again thank you for all your information.

All the advice that has been given is very good. I would like to add as well.

1. You need to rate the neighborhood A,B,C. Then ask yourself and your love one the question: "would I live here?"

2. Schools, this is a big one, even if you don't have any yet.

3. Strong population grow.

4. Strong and diverse economy, is the economy relaying on 1 or 2 industries?

5. Good affordability

6. Does the market have the opportunity for appreciation?

These are just a few of the things you may want to look into before you start investing. I hope the information i have listed will help you in the best way.

To answer your question Mr. schulwitz yes i do. I rented my last house with a lease option and the renter decided to buy the house after 6 mouths. I did not make killing on the deal because it was a co-worker from work and it was her 1st house. I remember what that was like when i bought my 1st house, so i was happy to make a nice profit and help her get into her 1st home. It was a win-win for both of us.

Hello, my name is Noel Alpert And I reside in St. Augustine Florida. Just wanted to introduce myself to the bigger pockets family and I look forward to meeting many of the contributors and members of the site. I have been listening to the podcast for about a month and a half now and I find them to be extremely informative especially as a new real estate investor. I have downloaded the ultimate beginners guide as instructed from the podcast and it is extremely extremely helpful. Thank you in advance for all the contributors and all of the people who willing to help in anyway.
