Thanks for the recommendation i will definitely check it out ! Currently half way through  “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by the same author. I actually do have a question regarding loans for multi family deals, any options you recommend ?

Hello BP community !
My name’s Noe Ata, I’m 22 years old and a first time investor in Chicago. I’m not asking for anything more but for guidence in knowledge. Finishing my first realestate related book “How to Invest in RealEstate”by Joshua Durkin & Brandon Turner I couldnt help but feel a sense of fear after reading it. Everything seems so new to me that in a way it overwhelmes me. With that fear came an even greater sense of excitement. This is what i want to do with the rest of my life no doubt about it. With that being said I turn to you experts for any knowledge, advise, insight, etc. I plan on starting with small multi family homes and gradually move wherever that road takes me. I do not plan on cutting any corners, I want to learn this for what it is. Any knowledge would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks again for looking and eager to hear from all of you !
