Hey Folks,

Im seeking investor focused agents and PMs that can give me insight into the OKC market? I'd like to invest in a multi family there.

let me know if its an opportune market still.

Hey guys,

Is there still cash flow opportunity in Orlando or is it tapped out ?

I'd open to connecting with a investor focused agent that really knows Orlando well.

Hey folks, are there opportunities in Fort Lauderdale or Broward for cash flow? I haven’t been able to find much. If you are a solid investor focused agent, I’d be game to discuss

Very curious about this market, been doing some research to determine if its viable. I'd love your perspective if you invest in Cleveland! Happy to chat as well. Let me know!

@justinrossramirez I have a variety of questions for you,

- Do you mind me asking how much its cash flowing?

- Do you think the 470k - 530k price point makes sense for cash flow now? It seems like even the newer units are renting 2 bed for 1100 - max 1200

- Do you manage properties locally or from a far?

- How has your tenant expeirence? Is it easy to rent and they pay on time?

did you get any news here?

Im considering buying a 4plex in McAllen or Edinburg at the 400k - 530K range. Will this cash flow, how is your experience in this area and how are the tenants?
