Need solution to eliminate credit card debt

Details: current note 350k @ 2.7%

Not my primary residence so can't do HELOC

Property held in personal name.  

Tax insurance and mortgage: 2,000
credit card debt 100k 

Appraisal: 1,200,000.00

4 units yearly rentals

Total gross rents 8400 

Net :6,500
