Hello from Michigan!

My name is Noah; I live in Oakland County - Michigan. I have interest in investing in mobile homes in the area. Has anyone had any experience in lower Michigan flipping or owner financing mobile homes? I am in the early stage of educating my self in the industry. I’d love to chat if anyone has any tips or ideas to being successful in this market!

Thank you!

Hello all!

I live in the suburbs of Detroit Michigan. I am a full time Engineer living in my buddies basement saving as much money as possible. I have been pre approved for a great loan and want to invest into a property to make equity and start my climb to financial freedom. I found a duplex that is occupied currently and brining in roughly 600-900 profit a month. The tenants currently are on month 6 of a 1 year lease. Should I invest into this property and live in my buddies basement and make cash flow? Or should I invest in a single family home for my self and start the BRRR process?
