@Scott Jensen Thank you I will look into him as well!

Thanks! @Sean Blomquist see you on Saturday!

@Ronald Rohde an agreement to purchase real estate, as well as an assignment agreement.

Does anyone know of any good real estate attorneys here in the twin cities? Id like someone to be my go to and to be able to get a contract looked at. Thanks!

Hey everyone, was just looking at the meetups that MnREIA has and saw that there will be a wholesaling 101 event with Mike Jacka happening on February 5th. I am very interested in going but I would like to know if it is worth it for the $99 that you have to pay if you are not a member. Has anyone been to this specific meetup in the past? Is it purely instruction or are there opportunities to network as well? I went to a similar meetup when I was living in Indianapolis and there were both cash buyers and experienced wholesalers there, is that typically the case here? Or is it mostly new wholesalers or people who are interested in it? Any feedback would be much appreciated!

Hey everyone, anyone on here wholesaling in the twin cities? How is 2020 going so far for you? I'm looking to network with wholesalers and flippers in the area. Cheers!

@Noah Chappell Hello Noah! And thank you for the question, while I have mostly been focused on how to take action and make things happen for the first 90 days, I can't say that further horizons aren't on my mind often. First I would like to give a little bit more background on my experience, though it is limited.  I have wanted to wholesale for just over a year now but just had not started due to the fact that I have been moving around. And I tried to wholesale in Indianapolis at the end of 2018 and got a couple of seemingly serious leads, but was not able to make anything happen there unfortunately. So needless to say, I am eager to jump in with both feet and start putting myself out there in the twin cities.

In five years I would like to have transitioned from employee to business owner, my goal is to have hired people to manage my marketing, acquisition, disposition, etc. But I am more than willing and excited to start out on my own and learn by taking action until I can get to that point. I am also interested in eventually expanding into doing flips, and purchasing buy and holds. Eventually my goal is to have a business that operates in multiple different markets, and I am willing to have that be hands on for a long time if need be.

@Corey Hawkinson I hope that answers your question as well.

Thank you both for your responses! I hope this helps to give you a better picture.

Hello, my name is Noah. I will be moving to the twin cities area in the beginning of February and am very interested in getting started with my investing in the city. I am interested in wholesaling in the beginning and then expanding into other facets of real estate investing later on.

I am looking for an accountability partner to chat with once a week or so, to bounce ideas off of, talk progress, and lift each other up. So if there is anyone who is interested in something like that and is serious about starting, please message me!

Also, to the people investing in the Twin Cities, any recommended meetups, networking opportunities, etc? Looking forward to talking to people!
