Iv been studying real estate investing for about one year now and have a goal of owning a multi family property to live in and rent the other units, I intend to purchase in about one year under a FHA loan or 203(b) if needed. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on where to learn more before I purchase. I appreciate any help thank you for your time.
