@Jonathan Greene I really don’t know anything. And I couldn’t begin to explain how wholesaling actually works. I didn’t even know real estate could’ve been an option for me until two years ago when I got into college. But it’s what I want to do. I want be an investor. There’s a lot of different ways and I just started building credit and just got out of college and started doing HVAC full time but I don’t know exactly how to start and thought I’d just pick something and figure it out and eventually get to where I wanna be.

@Matthew Irish-Jones I just need to pick one thing and get focused and I’ve heard it’s a good beginner niche.

I work full time, I’m 20 y/o and I really want be successful in real estate. I’ve decided Wholesaling is what I want to learn and to be good at. Ive learned some but still struggling to get any real progress.

I am really trying to kind of build a team and have people to network with but it’s seems like there is almost no one on Biggerpockets in my area. Should I try distance investing or keep trying local, I don’t have any properties but trying to get my first one in the next six months.

I’ve been reading the books and listening to the podcasts and I want to start taking action and actually doing something. I live in Desoto County Mississippi and I can’t find any mentors and or investors so I want to try networking here and reach out for some help.

Pretty knew to investing. I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts and watched the videos. I want to network in the north Mississippi area. I’m interested in small multifamily. Would really like to pick somebody’s brain on the topic
