I'm trying to conduct a research to understand what percent of agents are closing 1 or more rentals a year and need help from fellow agents in various cities to figure out the answer. I have the information from a couple cities so far but need several more data points to make any conclusion and I'm hoping someone reads this and can help out.

It may sound pointless but its incredibly important for a strategic deal I'm working on and any help will go a long way! This will definitely count as your good deed of the day/week :)

What I'm in need of help can be found by pulling a custom report from your local MLS. It takes a few minutes and I DONT need/want any identifying information, just the raw numbers. If anyone is willing to help I would be greatly appreciative.

Happy to connect directly to explain more.

@Nathan Gesner I'm sure that would be a really interesting perspective. I'll have her connect with you

I have a colleague looking to interview agents in various cities who focus on or do multiple rentals a year for an article she's publishing. No more than 5-10 min of your time needed.

You can always recommend new technology that can help support their rental business. I've strengthened relationships in the past with the landlords I worked with by telling them about sites like Cozy. I started using new and free platform for my rentals called RentBase.
