Looking for a CPA/Financial planner in Miami. Currently have a Duplex and about to refinance another home in N.C. and also looking to invest in a few months in another home.

I am very motivated and looking for potential partners in the South Florida/Miami Market. Just moved here, have a Duplex now. But would love to join forces with someone on some more deals in real estate. Doesn't have to necessarily by in Miami either.....

As a first time home buyer for a Duplex, (i am house-hacking and renting out the other unit to pay for my mortgages) I am in a VA loan which requires i believe about at least a year staying here as my primary residence.

Could I just move out and just "rent" me a studio apartment 1/1 without violating any issues on primary residence. I'm not buying my another place within the year, just want to rent something downtown and cash flow my Duplex for both units....thoughts anyone??
