Hi, I’m doing my research on a few NJ areas for rental property investing. Can anyone help with insights on the South Jersey market incl Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, Burlington etc. Looking for advice on ease of finding renters, rental income stability, proximity to commute hubs, major employers around the area etc. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I’m planning to buy a rental property in Hamilton NJ. Do any of you have experience in the area and can you provide insights into the market, how easy it is to rent etc. Thanks in advance!

Looking to buy a rental investment property in NJ. Specifically interested in Hamilton/Trenton area due to proximity to where I live. What do you all think about tenants in this area? My research says this area is one of the best markets in NJ in terms of profit. How easy is it to find good, stable tenants?

@Chris Music which website? I’m interested too.

What’s the best place to start looking for a multi family property in NJ/Philly area? LoopNet has some results but I’m wondering if there are some lesser known channels to scout these properties. Thanks in advance for any advice!
