I’m interested in learning more about your guys experience. I recently learned I’m going to on the top of the list. Any recommendations on zipcodes to choose and how to decide which property? Also how accurate is the cash flow to the examples on their website? Any specific bank I should use to get preapproval?

Is there any site, company person I can pay to analyze a game property from a property management company? I want to buy a property from MidSouth Home Buyers and it say it’s a cash flowing property but I don’t know how accurate they are. Basically I’m ok paying someone to vet it.

I'm interested in buying a rental property in Dallas or the outskirts of DFW. What is the best way to approach this, build to rent communities or buy a property and rent out with property management. I'm new and have never bought an investment property.  

How does build to rent work and what builders are best for this?
