Well at the moment looking for the market (ie country then city) from there i know what to do. 

This market should be up to 3 hours flight from Israel and a place where i can get loans. An active market where there is a demand for renovated properties and hopfully one with a growth potential. 

My fist goal is flipping.

Second, i was trying to get information etc. I thought maybe there is s place in bigger pockets for some information and discutions about europe...guess not...

Anyway ablut your offer, i am looking to buy land, build and sell. ANY IDEAS? Germany is good but i preffer in a place closer to Israel.
