... small correction, not my strip plazas (I don't own them), but might have access to few

so I identified 2 problems that people need solutions to:

- they would buy plug-in hybrids or full electric vehicles, but charging system is not there and if we can cover key office buildings downtown Toronto and few key malls my strip plazas to start with and make a brand (of course I am working on the financial model that works for all 3 sides - customers, owners if the lots and our business) 

- people don't know how to calculate their Real Wealth (they think their Net Worth is their Wealth).

I have been doing some complex mechanical  engineering not related much to real estate busines, but I am building a team that can take it all engineering aspects of the buildings. 

I will start sharing my ideas with the audience since I am looking for partners in two different ways Real Estate areas:

- making an application to calculate Real Wealth Index (I made up this term to call it LWI) (for both Android and iPhone) 

- electric car charging business (already have some people lined up, but we will need more) 

Thanks for warm welcome everyone! I will be sharing few under the radar topics that are very important as we go, and to start with:

- future developments (5-10+ years ahead) in the areas we want to invest and when it's too late to jump in

- migration / immigration profiles and type of people moving
