Hello BP,

My name is Steve Gasior. Have been an active stalker of the site for over a year, and have listened to ALL of the podcasts to date (every week can't wait for the new to be posted). Currently just finished my "first" fix and flip and doubled my money !

A little background ...

I have completed 2 renovations of SFR so far. First was a house hack, and the most recent is about the same. Recently purchased a sfr for 37k cash. And after all reno and holding costs I have just at 60k in the project.

After a recent cash out refi appresel it was valued at 125k! Not to shabby. Also currently have a sfr rental and hope to add more rentals this year to my collection. 

In a few months I'm going to take the dive into full time investing  as I have been saving capital for some time to make this major transition. 

Excited to finally post something!
