Would it also be possible to just have an anonymous LLC in WY and then land trusts in various states as needed? Or is it still important to have an LLC in each respective state? (considering long-term rentals only)

Hi everyone,

I currently work and live in Switzerland but would like to start investing in the USA.

Any experience, private lenders, or mortgage brokers who have experience with foreigners are appreciated!

I work and live in Switzerland and would like to build a real-estate portfolio in the US. I find it very difficult to find any financing options. I would be grateful for any advice or tips on how to get started. Maybe someone here has worked with mortgage companies or private lenders who offer options for foreign investors?

Thank you!
