I'm new to REI and noticed that a foreclosure website was giving me outdated information on properties in pre-foreclosure which is a list I'm interested in checking out for Knox / East TN area.

Is there a reliable online database for this?

My husband and I want to take our first step into the vacation rental property owner world.

So, we’re looking for that core group in our area that we can work with: agent, lender, contractor, and property manager, that can help us achieve that goal while generating MORE business for them. :)


Note: We are still learning the BRRRR and other strategies but look forward to learning from experts like you in our area before diving in.
