I’m looking for someone experienced in Real Estate Investing as a whole to soak up some knowledge from but more so be under someone conducting a few wholesale deals to gain some capital and get my foot in the door. Anyone needing an extra hand anywhere whether it’s calling potential leads or grabbing you some coffee , putting up signs, you name it....If you’re willing to show me a few things I’d be more than willing to help anyway possible. Im in the DFW metroplex.

Hello, I’m new to the whole real estate aspect of everything and am very interesting into getting started in wholesaling. I’m looking for some type of guidance on initial first steps to get the ball rolling. I’ve read rich dad poor dad, the 16% solution among a few other books and really would like to maybe shadow someone for a bit or get some study material to learn as much as possible.
