Hi everyone, I was curious to find out how people in the San Antonio area find their investor friendly contractor? I've been having trouble with contractors charging way too much! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Ara Jo Rentals are really blowing up near new developments especially downtown or within 10-15 minutes of downtown. Developments like The Pearl draw a huge crowd, I say do some research on a new development called Essex Modern City, it's on the east east side and is said to draw a massive crowd like The Pearl. Now would be the time to pick up properties on the east side before prices sky rocket. A neighborhood near the area this development is taking place would be called Denver Heights. Hope this helps a little bit!
