Hey everybody yeah, thanks again I have received a few messages about this problem and am now checking out fort Worth and arlington as it has more multi units. I have made my first big step in this area though as I just booked my flight to dallas for further hands on research. I'm open to more suggestions on how to grow feel free to post them.

Hey everybody I'm 20 years old and am currently living in Chicago, I'll graduate college in a year and a half with no debt and plan on moving to Texas, specifically Frisco which is a suburb by Dallas to get into the real estate game. I'm only interested in buy and holds and after doing some research multi-units like duplex, triplex, and quadplex appealed to me most as I would like to become an owner occupant. Anybody in Texas have any advice on types of properties I maybe should consider or advice to what I have said? Thanks Guys
