Hello BiggerPockets community,

My name is Niko and I recently started working in the real estate investment field in the Southern California area. I work at New Western Acquisitions, a firm that provides an exclusive group of investors with 15-20 single-family, distressed investment properties per month. I am here at bigger pockets to network, learn more about the investment industry and market, stay up to date with current market, gain advice from experienced investors, and share my experiences with the community. Looking forward to interacting with the community and hopefully learning a great deal.
