Flipping is where I want to be full time ! I have several projects under my belt but they have all been100% funded by me and my partner. Simple - we want to expand . We’ve got the cash flow , guts, quality and location to get things done! I want guidance on what I watch , read , do, to get started with the leap to becoming a full time flipper? I want to start with hard money. I’m in the North Fl market.
