Thanks for these responses.  Great advice!  Moving on and upward with my education and getting familiar with RE is my focus now.  Maybe if I know what I am talking about people won't be so negative!  Thanks again.

In the beginning, when mentioning the thought of RE Investment, I am sure everyone here has recieved that blank stare into space or the long pause before someone says"Are you crazy?" or "you need money to do that".  What are some steps you all have made to bring up RE Investments to friends and family without sounding like you ARE crazy? Is there anything I can do to convince myself that I am NOT crazy?

Hi Everyone!

I can't believe I have actually taken my first step into my hopeful new journey in Real Estate Investments!  I am glad to be here and I can't wait to learn.  I recently listened to the 006 Podcast with Arthur Garcia and became completely intrigued.  I haven't stopped listening to the podcast since!

With that being said and with knowing very little so far, I think my interest (at this moment) would be purchasing a home, flipping it and selling or maybe renting.  I am here for the positive community and to learn!  Thank you!
