@Wayne Brooks I heard that transferring from your personal name to LLC can affect title insurance. Can any confirm this?

@Sachin Amin my husband and I also have annuities that grow with the market but have capped growth but also are guaranteed not to decrease if the market tanks. It's a good retirement option in conjunction with IRAs and 401ks.

Hey BP Members,

I'm getting really discouraged with this market. I'm relatively new to real estate investing and I have made it my goal to buy at least one turnkey property in 2020.  But this market is brutal and being more conservative and inexperianced, I'm finding it dificult to find a property that will cashflow.  

I guess I'm just looking for some encouraging words or advice to keep at it.

I am determinted to meet my goal this year!!!

@Jon Hill thanks for this post. After reading this, I turned to my husband and we reflected on our 2019 goals progress and discussed our 2020 goals. I've had buy rental properties as a goal for the last 5 years. I'm extremely financially conservative so it's been very difficult for me to pull the trigger. But this is the year to give into my fears and take the leap.

I wish everyone luck and prosperity in 2020. New decade = new beginnings.
