I’m definitely interested in learning more about investing as well—wholesaling seems like a great starting point to build capital. Have you worked in this area before, or do you have any tips for someone just getting started?

I completely understand where you're coming from, and I appreciate the insight. Reputation is everything for agents, and I can see how working with wholesalers could potentially be risky if deals don’t go through or if things aren’t handled professionally. For wholesalers, building long-term, trustworthy relationships is equally important, even though we have more flexibility with branding and business models

 I make it a priority to bring value, build trust, and make sure I’m not only closing deals, but doing so in a way that benefits everyone. That includes maintaining a high level of professionalism and transparency with agents.

I definitely respect the ethical and legal standards agents have to follow, and I aim to operate with the same level of integrity. At the end of the day, I believe that if both parties can align on expectations and work together professionally, we can create win-win situations.

I totally get what you mean about Facebook groups being more wholesaler-focused, but I’ve also seen some great discussions on BiggerPockets around wholesaling. It’s interesting how different platforms can have such varying groups, but I’m curious how others have been able to connect with agents who are more wholesaler-friendly on BiggerPockets.
