 Hi @Matthew Rollo I don't know if this is the answer for your question but I'm looking to buy one house at a time that will generate postive cashflow from renting them.

Hi guys and Happy New Year to the Community of BiggerPockets! This is my first topic and I just want to introduce myself and wish everybody a more prosperous year! So my name is Nicu V., I am 28 years old and I live in Orlando FL. I always wanted to start my own business and reach financial freeedom. The more I studied the more I realized that the best way to reach my goal is thru real estate and here I am trying to connect with people that hopefully have the same aspirations like me. My study is focusing on single family homes and buy and hold strategy. This year I'm looking forward to do my first deal and I'm really excited about it. I will really appreciate any advice for a newbie like me and look forward to meet people that are from my area and know the market well. Again, any recomandations will be truly appreciated!
