Hello BP! I am finalizing my courses and want to start thinking about good brokerages that are located in San Jose. I am bilingual in Spanish and have thought about targeting brokerages who lack Spanish agents. I am also open near the San Jose area.

I live in CA and i am in the process of getting my real estate license. Wholesaling is something I look forward to but can I get started on doing it before I get my license? Do I need one to do my first couple wholesale deals?
