Hello Jocelyn! I have recently relocated to Salt Lake City and I am trying to work my way into the SLC real estate scene. I am a photographer and would love to work with anyone that needs some real estate photography work done. Let me know if you or anyone you know needs some photos taken! Check out my website nicosavoiaphotography.com and do not hesitate to reach out!

Best,

Although I am new to investing I have lived in Pittsburgh my whole life and my parents own a rental in south side. To me these rents seem a little high but I am not sure what neighborhood this property is in so it is hard to tell. If you don't mind telling me where it is i'd be able to give a clearer picture. Also your expenses seem a little low... try to overestimate and be happy if you have extra cash vs be in a bad situation with no money to fix a problem.

Hope this helps

Hello!

I am curious about a temperature check on Mt. Oliver Pittsburgh! I see on the forum 4-5 years ago not many people seemed to think it was a great investment area but it definitely has improved a little since then.  Anyone have some opinions on buying a rental in this market?

Thank you!

Hello Pittsburgh BP community!

I am a new investor trying to get some practice analyzing deals (mostly small multi family homes) within the city of Pittsburgh. If you are familiar with the local market and willing to spend some time running numbers with me I would love to get in contact!

Let me know if you are interested!

Thanks,
Nico

@Alexander Szikla I haven't thought about becoming a real estate agent before but I will definitely consider it moving forward. Is it possible to make money being a real estate agent right off the bat at such a young age? I am also worried people wouldn't trust me ( or I would be afraid to poorly advise someone) since I am so young and just starting.

Thank you for the reply!

@Aigo Pyles

Great! Should I do this through BiggerPockets? I am not sure how to find quality real estate meets in my area.

Thank you for the response.
