I am very new to the platform - super excited to be joining the community!!!

I joined Bigger Pockets as I am currently seeking for a new property manager for my rental property in the Atlanta Midtown area. Unfortunately, my current property management team has been underperforming, with issues such as:

• - Extremely poor communication, often taking up to a month and multiple follow-ups to receive a response
• - Inability to handle tasks efficiently and independently
• - Expecting me to handle property management responsibilities remotely, despite my desire for a hands-off approach

As my contract with my current property manager is coming to an end, I am looking for referrals and recommendations for a reliable and proactive property management company or individual in the Atlanta Midtown area. The ideal property manager should:

• - Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• - Handle all property management tasks without requiring my involvement
• - Efficiently find and screen quality tenants

If you have had positive experiences with a property manager in the Atlanta Midtown area who meets these criteria, please share your recommendations. I would greatly appreciate any referrals or insights from fellow investors in the area.
