Hey @Lydia R. After using the TREC with the seller, what contract would you use to assign the property/contract with the end buyer/assignee? Would you mind sharing yours?

I have an extremely motivated seller. The property she would like to sell is two properties connected, HOWEVER they have different addresses. I will be using a TREC form/contract. Will I need to do two separate assignments for this one sale?

I currently have a seller that wants to sell her property. However, it's two properties connected to eachother with two different addresses.  Should I do two separate contracts or one contract with both addresses? Please help. (Super new to this)

I am just starting out as a real estate investor and finally need to send a contract. I would like to do everything virtually. Which would be better, Docusign or DotLoop? Any others? I'm open to all suggestions.
