Hi all,

Thanks for the advice and encouragement.  I think I'm off to the right start. I have been throwing myself in soaking up the incredible information found on this sites podcasts...  My plan is to take the next month to educate myself as much as possible on the industry then start to network in hopes to find a couple of people who can teach me first hand on the industry.   

Hello,  I am just starting to educate myself on the topic of wholesale real estate investing.  I would love it if I could get some advice on the top 3 mistakes you did when starting out and the top 3 things you would have loved to know before making your first deal.  Anything would be helpful and much appreciated...
