Hello All,

My husband and I are interested in selling our home, building a triplex and living in one of the units. What’s the best way to get this financed? Would the bank count this as our primary residence? Would they count the income from the other two units as well?

Thanks in advance for your expertise!

Post: Disclosure Agreement Do's and Don'ts

I'm trying to sell my first rental property, without a realtor. I have offers coming in and the other parties realtors are asking me for a disclosure agreement. Do I need to provide one, even though I have nothing to disclose? What are the do's and don't that I'm not aware of?

Thank you for any input you can provide!

@John Leavelle thanks so much for the expert advise. I completely agree that having an exit strategy is important and I wasn't quite sure what direction to go in, but your comments are super helpful. I will  be sure to share my analysis. Thanks again!

@Joe Norman thanks for the info. I will get as many answers for a lender as possible before doing a deal.

@Brent Coombs please see the comments I made to @Andrew Syrios. Do you have any additional thoughts also, Brent?
