Hi Mark - We are looking for off-market duplexes, triplexes and 4-plexes. We are looking to partner with other investors. We have 1 project under our belt using a hard money loan and fix it up and now we are renting it out. It's a duplex on Benton and Main. We are also looking between Roy and Layton - for something commercial - overhead storage units with small shops that we could occupy and lease out the extras . . .what you are into? How many properties do you have an what our your goals? Let's volley back and forth to see if it is a fit.
