 Dave, 

I would say that your best bet would be to start by financing a project (either in full or in part) and splitting the profits as agreed. This will consume minimal time but the reward is exponential. 

Look for someone that can commit to the time constraints (depending on the investment preferred) and collect the benefits. The highest reward would probably equate to flipping a property or two and branch out from there. Good luck and if you're interested in investing in the NC region, I would love to discuss!

Hello! I discovered this site while checking reviews for a real estate investment training (what a joke). I loved what the "community" had to say about real estate investments so I thought I would give it a shot. I'm primarily interested in flipping as that is my passion but I am also considering rentals for passive income.
