hi all, great thread thanks for sharing. I live in Hoboken and am looking to make my first purchase. Was thinking a multi, do an FHA, and live in one unit while renting the others. Obviously the market is super tight around here! Would love to meet up and grab coffee if you are doing a meet up sometime soon! I appreciate any and all insight/advice. Thanks!!!

Hi All,

I recently discovered the podcasts and am new to this! I would love to do a house hack - 2/3 BR apartment in Hoboken/JC area, and live in one of the units. Of course the prices are insanely high around here, so I'm not sure how the numbers would make any sense! Any advice is appreciated!
