Team,  I have 2 put in 3 smart tvs in my new MTR. But, I don't know what is a good reasonable tv or one that is poop. All advice appreciated.

If you are promoting a MTR on an AIRBNB how can you explain on line this isn't for a quick weekend? Is their a symbol or something you put next to it?

I am looking in different markets for properties. Some are STR condtels, some are in the STR mountains, and some are long term rentals. So I am speaking to different brokers. But they all want so much information.

Ok, I really am overwhelmed here. How do I get different brokers to give me a quote without giving away my first born. I don't want them to run my credit, etc until I am going to work with them.
