Thanks, Michael! Yes most of these properties are outside of my demographic so I have to grow a list of folks that are interested in these areas. 

Skip tracing is in process. Do you have any recommendations on a reputable flat fee service that provides solid, recent contacts?

Hello! What are your recommendations for growing a qualified buyers list without being spammed for purchase lists that have antiquated data? 

I’m wholesaling and have about 20 properties in CA off-market that I’m seeking cash buyers for.
